River of Life School of Ministry is nondenominational two year Bible College with training that includes pastoral ministry, childrens and youth ministry,Biblical Counseling,worship ministry, missions, and evangelism. Classes are Monday through Friday and are taught by an annointed, experienced faculty. Each class is prayerfully chosen so that students receive the training needed for "todays" cutting edge ministry. On campus housing located in Rusk, Texas is available.

In 2003, River of Life Christian Center was given the former East Texas Medical Center in Rusk, Texas, a 38,000 square foot hospital. Pastors Robert and Lesa Corbell were given the vision for River of Life School of Ministry. The patient rooms were renovated and made into dormitories for students. The cafeteria was made into the main lecture room and sanctuary. “God told them that the original intent for the building in the natural was to help bring healing and now He was going to use it to bring healing in the supernatural.” In January 2007, River of Life became a member of the International Healing Room Association and opened a healing room that is open Monday through Thursday. In the near future, they will begin to renovate the “Healing Wing” a wing of rooms where people who need healing can stay for extended periods of time and receive prayer and ministry. God has chosen River of Life School of Ministry as an Apostolic Healing Center where the  students are surrounded by an atmosphere of faith in the Word of God, where they are taught to go into all the world and  preach the Gospel of the Kingdom and to heal the sick. River of Life School of Ministry has an extensive outreach program where students receive hands-on training in getting  outside of the four walls of the traditional church.
